Burst Pressure Control System Based on PLC
摘要
Abstract
Aimed at stamping cylinder as the core of gas-liquid system pressure error control problems in industrial application, put forwards a kind of automatic pressure control system with PLC controller as the core. The composition and characteristics of the system was analyzed. Simplify the complex control system by the least squares estimation. Established the automatic pressure control system, the central control system to deal with analog and the proportional control process, and the program code was given. Experimental results show that the system significantly improves the response speed and reduce the cost. It is not only satisfy the requirement of control performance, but also be extended to work on similar system.关键词
