Abstract
In order to improve the loading quality and loading density, so the technique safety of step-press-loading charge can be bettered, three kinds of aluminum containing explosives with different binder system were designed. By measuring pressing-intensity at 50℃, 20℃, -40℃ and temperature-loading test, mechanical and environmental property have been researched. Utilizing step-press-loading technique and analyzing loading density, the effect of different binder on the molding property can be learned. It can be concluded that the composite binder has some impact on the compressibility of step-loading aluminized explosive, and explosive with less plasticizer can be molded by lower specific pressure, resulting in higher loading-density, better technique safety and environmental adaptability as well.关键词
