摘要

Abstract

To solve the precision problem of the traditional method in detecting the presence of the corner of force conditions, a digital detection system based on machine vision was designed and constructed. We described the common detection method, outlined its principles, adopted a CCD camera instead of human eyes acquisition autocollimator sub scribing images, employed image pre-processing technique for image recognition. With contour extraction, sub-pixel and line fitting algorithm reticle reflection image displacement was interpreted automatically. The test results show that the system can automatically detect the servo angle accuracy, the design is simple enough to meet the troops demand.
