Abstract
Objective To explore the advantages and curative effects of single-port thoracoscopic operation in the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax .Method 78 Cases of spontaneous pneumothorax were retrospectively analyzed.10 patients were treated with thoracic puncture pumping first ,other 68 cases were treated with closed thoracic drainage,and finally all of them were treated with single-port thoracoscopic operation.Results All the patients had no serious postoperative complications .They all cured and discharged from the hospital .They were follow-up for 12 months and none of them was recurrent .Conclusion This method has some advantages,such as minimal trauma,good operation vision,confirmed curative effect,fast recovery,and less recurrence,indicating that it is a good procedure for the treatment of spontaneous pneumothorax and worthy of popularization and application.关键词
