左氧氟沙星与阿奇霉素序贯疗法对社区获得性肺炎的临床治疗

摘要
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the effect of levofloxacin and azithromycin sequential therapy on the community acquired pneumonia (CAP) and the safety of it.Method 224 Patients with CAP were randomly divided into group A(levofloxacin group)and group B(azithromycin group),and some valuable samples from the patients in two groups were collected before the administration .The patients in the two groups were administered according to given administration doses and a retrospective analysis was performed after the completion of treatment for the evaluation of efficacy and safety of the therapy in the two groups .Results The recovery rate, efficiency and clinical physical and chemical indicators of patients in group A were improved compared with those of patients in group B,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05);the strains clearance rates in patients in group A were higher than those in patients in group B significantly ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);no serious adverse reactions were found in the two groups during the process of treatment , the difference between them was not no significant ( P >0.05 ).Conclusion The therapy of levofloxacin sequential therapy in the treatment of CAP showed a good therapeutic effect and bacteria clearance rate ,the therapy is safe and reliable,economic and convenient ,and it can be widely used in clinic .关键词
