鼻咽癌调强适形放疗与常规放疗比较分析
Analyzing and Comparing of IMRT and Conventional Radiotherapy on NPC
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analyze and compare the advantages of IMRT and conventional radiotherapy of NPC patients. Method 70 cases with NPC are divide into two groups: 35 cases in IMRT group and 35 cases in conventional radiotherapy ( CRT) . To the IMRT group,the targets are neoplasms,parapharyngeal space,cervical lymph node areas and DT 70 Gy;To the CRT group,the methods are face-neck joint field plus neck tangential field irradiation,with the treatment amount of primary tumor cure being DT 70~72 Gy and the treatment amount of prevention and treatment of cervical area being DT 50 Gy. Results The total effects of the IMRT group and the CRT group were 94. 3% and 85. 7%,respectively;the oral mucosa reactions with gradeⅣwere no case and two cases,respectively. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P<0. 05). Conclusion The IMRT has an obvious advantage than the conventional radiotherapy of NPC patients.关键词
