“Independent Regional Society”:Local Community Governance in Modern Japan and Its Inspiration to China
摘要
Abstract
With the rapid development of Japanese economy, community structure of Japan Society produced major change. In order to deal with the community problem and achieve the “community welfare” as the goal, Japan began to build “independent regional society” mainly from four levels:economic self-reliance, residents’ autonomy, social education and “community cooperation network system”. This has important enlightenment significance for China’s community governance.关键词
