利用Lorenz散点图分析高血压患者的运动心率变异信号
Analysis of heart rate variability during exercise based on Lorenz plot in hypertensive patients

Abstract
Objective Parameters of Lorenz plot were used to evaluate the cardiovascular function status of hypertensive patients� Methods The hypertensive patients were studied as subjects while healthy people as controls� Exercise ECG of the two groups was recorded in step experiment� By signal progress, heart rate variability during exercise was extracted from exercise ECG� Six parameters of Lorenz plot were calculated and statistically analyzed� Results Lorenz plot from the two groups showed different changes and shapes before and after exercise� All the parameters of Lorenz plot of heart rate variability during exercise from hypertensive patients were lower than those from healthy controls� Conclusions Lorenz plot of heart rate variability during exercise could be used in the assessment for cardiovascular function status of hypertensive patients.关键词
