基于碳平衡原理的天然气汽车燃料消耗量检测方法研究

Abstract
Through analysis of natural gas components and combustion characteristics of natural gas en-gines, the computer model of fuel consumption for natural gas vehicle was built upon the carbon balance concept. The working principle and scope of the closed and open type carbon balance detection system were compared. The open dilution sampling way was selected to design the fuel consumption detection system for natural gas vehicle. Combined with the demand parameters of computer model, the measurement device of fuel consumption of natural gas vehicle was designed. In order to analyze the accuracy of the system, the calibration test was conducted using coriolics mass flowmeters. According to the test results,the relative er-ror between coriolics mass flowmeters and the measurement device of fuel consumption of natural gas vehi-cle was less 5%, which can meet the requirement of fuel consumption detection of in-use natural gas vehi-cle.关键词
