舒肝理筋手法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病疗效观察OA
Observation on the Efficacy of Treating Cervical Spondylosis of Vertebral Artery Type with Shugan and Lij in Manipulations
将80例椎动脉型颈椎病患者随机分为推拿手法治疗组和西药治疗对照组，分别采用“舒肝理筋推拿手法”和口服西比灵进行治疗，观察两组临床疗效。经过两个疗程的治疗，推拿手法治疗组治愈率为32.50%，总有效率为95.00%；西药治疗对照组治愈率为10%，总有效率为80%。使用“舒肝理筋推拿手法”治疗椎动脉型颈椎病，疗效显著且无药物治疗的毒副作用、安全舒适，值得临床广泛推广。
