A Research on Cultivation Mode of English Professional Talents in Independent Colleges

Abstract
For exploring the effective FL talents cultivation mode,Foreign Language Department of City College of Jilin Jianzhu University carried out a six-year Quasi-Educational Experiment to test and verify the mode of “laying sound professional foundation,emphasizing communicative application,stressing students and their learning,specializing in one ability upon grad-uation”which has been proved efficient and workable.This paper expounds the designing,operation and results of this experi-ment for mode exploration in newly established independent colleges and confirms the significance of this mode for cultivating versatile and practical English professional talents.关键词
