摘要
Abstract
This study adds soybean oligopeptide developed successfully by Center for Science and Technology Development Research of Changchun University to the powdered milk to ascertain the best prescription and water temperature by orthogonal experiments.The ex-periment of mice burden swimming is applied to study whether the milk with oligopeptide has an anti-fatigue effect.The results show that the milk powder with oligopeptide significantly prolonged mice’ s swimming time compared with the control group.It is concluded that the milk powder with oligopeptide has the effect of anti-fatigue.关键词
