摘要
Abstract
This paper makes a comparative analysis to the normally used moving targets detect algorithm . According to their advantages and disadvantages ,a moving target detection and extraction algorithm based on frame differencing and background subtraction is presented .It detailedly introduces the whole process of moving target detection based on the above algorithm ,and detects the moving target in high accuracy . The experimental results show that the algorithm can not only avoid the inaccuracy of target extraction caused by the variation of the background ,but also avoid the disintegration of the moving target caused by frame differencing .It can eliminate the noise and shadow and show great effectiveness in target detection .关键词
