摘要

Abstract

Since our country enacted “labor contract law” in June 2007,the controversy on the twentieth article never stop from theory circle to practice circle. Although the article 15 of the “regulation on implementation of labor contract law” explained the article 20 of the “labor contract law” in September 2008,there is still lack of Authoritative and unified definition. Based on the analysis and definition of the twentieth article, this paper puts forward revised suggestions.
