摘要

Abstract

The overview of cathode materials for lithium-ion batteries is given. The properties, advantages, disadvantages and modifications of LiCoO2, LiMn2O4, LiFePO4, LiNi0.5Mn1.5O4, LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 (NCM), LiNi0.80Co0.15Al0.05O2 (NCA) and xLi2MnO3· (1-x)LiMO2 are highlighted, the developmental trend of these materials and the application of lithium-ion batteries in car and ship are discussed as well.
