论国家治理应遵循的一般原则——基于卢梭政治制度论的思考
General Principle of State Governance:The Reflection Based on the Political System Theory of Rousseau
摘要
Abstract
The state governance depends on and obtains security from the political system;there are consistency and cor-relation between the two, whether the political system is in good, ascensive and mature condition affects the direction, level and ability of state governance.Based on the political system theory of Rousseau, the general principle of state gov-ernance should follow:according to the characteristics of the nation;relying on the rule of law;depending on system civ-ilization;enhancement of political identity.These principles are actually brilliant generalization of the universal law on state governance at all times and in all countries, also profound summary of experience and lessons in the human process of political development and construction of political civilization, which highly fit the governance philosophy put forward currently by the Communist Party of China and has the important reference significance today for us to perfect, develop the social system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of system and capacity of state governance.关键词
