Building Interactive Platforms to Strengthen Cooperative Governance of Basic-level Society
摘要
Abstract
The governance of basic-level society faces the difficulties of the conflict of interest, of the imbalance between supply and demand, of the barriers between departments, of the shortage of external supervision.Jiangbei District has tried to settle these difficulties by carrying out consultation and dialogues.It reveals that the social development has to foster citizen' s consciousness of duty by self-service, to train citizen' s communication rationality by making public com-munication space, to increase citizen' s value identification by setting up social governance authority, to promote the so-cial capital to raise the social cooperative efficiency, to ensure the citizens rights and interests by coordinating work a-mong various departments.Finally, it proposes four countermeasures and suggestions to settle these difficulties.关键词
