编造、传播虚假信息犯罪的罪名体系调整思路--以《刑法修正案（九）》为背景
Adjusting the Ideas of the Crime System of False Information Crime:On the Background of the Amendment (Nine)of the Criminal Law
摘要
Abstract
The crime system of fabricating and spreading false information in criminal law is preliminarily formed.“Crim-inal law amendment (9)”on fabricating and disseminating the provisions of the crime of false information,which further expanded the scope of “false information”and closed the criminal justice,but it begs the libel network related judicial interpretation of legislation legitimacy,and which also can cause false terrorist information and new design of four kinds of false information unclear boundaries and other issues,is an imperfect legislative amendments.Proper solutions should be:canceling the crime of fabricating,intentionally spreading false terrorist information;changing “false danger,dis-ease,alarm,disaster”in the “criminal law amendment (9)”to general “false information”.关键词
