江苏省环境效率的测度及其影响因素实证分析
A Positive Analysis of Evaluation and Determinants of Environmental Efficiency in Jiangsu Province
摘要
Abstract
This paper takes Jiangsu Province as the research object and collects the regional datum during the 11th five-year plan. With the environmental pollution as the input variable and economic growth as the output variable, the paper evaluates the regional environmental efficiency from static and dynamic aspects by means of DEA and Malmquist index. And then the paper explores the influence factors of the environmental efficiency by constructing panel data model. The result shows that the government regulation has a significant positive influ⁃ence and that industrial structure and opening degree of the economy have a double influence.关键词
