Effects of Magnetized Water on the Growth and Vitamin C Content of Mungbean Sprouts
摘要
Abstract
Mung bean buds were used as the material to conduct research into the magnetic treated water on the growth of mung bean buds and the content of vitamin C .The results showed: 0.8T(Tesla) magnetic treated water promoted mung bean buds’weight gain and hypocotyl’s growth; 0.6T magnetic treated water made mung bean buds’roots the shortest and stems the thickest; 0.6 T and 0.8 T magnetic treated water both promoted mung bean buds’content of vitamin C. From the optimization of comprehensive index, 0.6 T magnetic treated water is the best, which can lead mung bean buds to high composite indicator (quality) and so the content of vitamin C.关键词
