Abstract
Thoth, the Luna and the guardian god of Scriber, appeared as the god of wisdom and judgment in an⁃cient Egypt. The cult of Thoth manifests the certain principle of harmonious idea and religious toleration in the reli⁃gion of ancient Egypt. Therefore, through the analysis of the cult, we can not only come to understand their special inner world on pursuing the harmony, the comprehension of natural, and the desire of justice, but also have a re⁃stricted view on the development of western religious cultures which influences the religion of ancient Egypt in varying aspects.关键词
