On the Problems of Teachers in the Balanced Development of Urban and Rural Compulsory Education
摘要
Abstract
A balanced development of compulsory education is a basic measurement of social equality. As an impor-tant component of educational resources, the quality of the teacher affects the quality of compulsory education. In promoting a balanced distribution of quality teachers at the county level, quality teachers should not be simply aver-aged according to the number of schools, but a balanced overall distribution of quality teachers should be sought. The key to balancing the distribution of quality teachers in urban and rural areas is to improve the professional qualities of the teachers in rural areas. Special training is needed to promote the professional qualities of those teachers.关键词
