Abstract
The risk management of project contract is becoming the focus of each construction enterprise management, and how to make proper identification, prevention, circumvent and disposal risk has become increasingly important in contract management.Claims usually refers to the economic losses of one of contracting parties during the performance of the project contract,and the economic losses because of non-performance of the other paty or the other party's failure to properly perform the contract or some other non-self factors.关键词
