Abstract
Since the reform and opening up and joining the WTO, the reform of China's project cost management system continuously deepened and made tremendous achievements. The promulgation of the national standards of "Specifications of Charging on Bil of Quantities of Construction Projects"(GB50500-2003) means that the pricing model for construction projects in China produce a qualitative change, and the fixed pricing model propel the reform of the BOQ and the competition in the construction enterprises as wel as the cost management to a more scientific and standardized level.关键词
