Abstract
In recent years, with the launching of large-scale urban and rural construction, a lot ofgeneral contractor bidding of the housing construction and municipal infrastructure construction performunder pu laws, regulations and departm-ental rules and regulations in the countries and regions.and they are playing a more and more an active role.Currently, in order to put an end to corruption ininfrastructure projects, the bidding process as a newthing, with the gradual Implement-ation of China's construction field, procedures, systems and operational methods in the specification and perfection.The author has introduced the basic concepts ofconstruction project bidding and then put forward specification management countermeasures for the problem of the construction project bidding managemen ,in order to provide some suggestions on the construction project bidding.关键词
