Abstract
In order to improve the urban environment, to enh-ance the city image ,and to enhance the taste of the city, an important part of the work is to accelerate the building of surrounding municipal road in the new development blocks , at the same time, which is important ways to adhere to the scie-ntific concept of development, to maintain economic and soci-al stability, health, and coordinated development and also is the urgent demands and aspirations of the masses.关键词
