Abstract
For a construction project, the project management on the construction side is often the core of the project, the tot-al organizer of the production process of the construction engi-neering, especial y in the implementation stage of the project, the quality of the project is the basic content of the product qu-ality, the essence of survival and development of an enterprise. In this article, the author expound how to compile “project ma-nagement program” at the beginning of the project implement-ation stage and how to achieve predetermined quality objectiv-es of the project application through effective quality control a-nd quality control measures in the project implementation pha-se.关键词
