Abstract
Highway project has characteristics of large scale, long construction period, complex technology, easily affected by the construction of the local natural condition, power cons-umption, material and financial resources huge. In order to av-oid blind operation, construction enterprises must be based on the characteristics of the project, according to the relevant pro-visions, combined with the actual situation, historical experien-ce, for the project to develop a consistent with the actual situat-ion of the budget after bid, to enable enterprises to obtain eco-nomic effect is the best engineering. This paper describes the r-elationship between the budget and the budget of highway eng-ineering construction enterprise bidding after the mark and its significance in project cost control.关键词
