Abstract
The quality of housing construction is a relatively high degree social public concern hot issue. Construction engi-neering quality relations with building the overal appearance quality, the use of function and building durability, and safety performance wil affect the structure of the building. As the i-mprovement of people's environmental awareness and self-pr-otection awareness, building related party need pay enough at -ention to the common quality problems in the construction and operation of housing construction, the causes of quality proble-ms in-depth analysis of the system, and implement the corresp-onding prevention measures in building design and constructi-on stage, ef ective prevention and control of implementation q-uality problems in building projects.关键词
