Abstract
Sewage treatment facilities construction and opera-tion management can wel solve the water pol ution current di-lemmas, years of practice has proved the research situation for China's economic and social development. New sewage treat-ment facilities construction and operation management is grad-ual y maturing, but the process has exposed some problems. S-ome of these problems are about the institutional arrangement, some management aspects. Institutional arrangement must ha-ve the innovation, design and transformation, further improved, to meet the needs of market construction and operation.关键词
