In the current government, real estate enterprises i-ncreased crunch under such circumstances, the tight monetary policy has brought the huge financing risk, guarantee risk to t-he enterprise. And in recent years the rapid rise in cost of mat-erials, artificial price to the business is enormous cost pressure, severely affect the development of the construction industry in our province.
