Abstract
The construction cost management relates to survi-val and development of construction enterprises, and the proje-ct cost of the entire process cost control can extend and optimi-ze the traditional cost management effect. This paper introduc-es the whole process of cost control system, expounds the app-lication in various stages of construction, including the design phase, bidding phase, construction phase and the set lement st-age.
