Abstract
With China's rapid economic growth, China's real estate market has been sustained and rapid developed. The rea-l estate is becoming an important driving force to promote Chi-na's rapid economic development, and in the next few years, real estate wil stil play an irreplaceable role. Because of Chi-na's real estate market started relatively late, rapid developm-ent, there exist many problems, and the state has promulgated many policies to control the real estate market. This paper first describes the current situation of China's real estate market, and then analyzes the real estate market problems, on this basis, puts forward some countermeasures, hoping to have theoretical guiding significance to standardize our real estate market.关键词
