Abstract
To improve the city traffic jam is a system engine-ering, scientific planning, green travel is the fundament, and human behavior in traffic is the guarantee. In this paper, by dr-awing on the advanced city of the practice at home and abroad, it puts forward the optimization of the configuration of primary and secondary roads, and the adjustment of regional facilities layout, greatly improving the city traffic congestion problems, so as to improve the air quality in the city.关键词
