Abstract
City rail transportation as the most convenient tra-nsportation in city, not only wil play a role on city process, but also cause the change of rail surrounding real estate prices. Th-is paper expounds the factors influencing the value of real esta-te, and analyzes city rail transit to af ect real estate values ba-sed on the location factors and administrative factors changes, finally analyzes the influence of city track traffic along the val-ue of real estate.关键词
