Abstract
This paper discusses from the importance of stren-gthening the construction of China's construction cost manage-ment in the new period, expounds on the importance of const-ruction cost control and the important method. Then it discuss-es the two main contents and basic principles of the current cit-y building engineering content and puts forward the viewpoin-ts.
