Abstract
The construction project management is the way t-hat construction enterprise master control the construction pr-oject effectively. Successful management of construction proj-ect can not only bring good economic benefits to the project a-nd project companies, but also bring good social benefit to the country. This article describes the building construction project management system, and further put forward some advices to improve construction project management.关键词
