Abstract
In our country, the construction industry is develo-ping rapidly, the survival and development of construction ent-erprises are in the new spring. The pursuit of excel ent quality, high ef iciency is the common characteristic of each constru-ction enterprises. Strengthen the construction of engineering c-ost control in project management, not only can make the co-nstruction unit to obtain the maximum economic efficiency, to win the reputation, but also conducive to save social resources, promote the healthy development of the entire region.
