水泥乳化沥青砂浆蠕变试验数据处理及其数值仿真
Data processing and nu merical simulation for creep test of ce ment e mulsified asphalt mortar
摘要
Abstract
The viscoelastic constitutive relation of cement asphalt mortar (CA mortar)is obtained and then ap-pied easily into numerical simulations.Creep deformation is fitted through analyzing creep data acquired in uni-axial static compressive creep test of CA mortar.Thus viscoelastic parameters of Burgers model are obtained. Based on the requirement of ANSYS finite element software,an algorithm is deduced to transform the constitutive equations of Burgers model parameters into Prony series,and the numerical calculation is carried out by ANSYS software.The calculation results show that the relative error of Burgers model is less than 1.7%,which can re-flect the creep performance of CA mortar well.The solution error of Prony series is no more than 2.5% compared with the test result.The transformation formula to Prony series is simple and efficient.关键词
