投标企业项目管理实力评价指标及方法研究
Research of evaluation index and methods of the project manage ment strength of the bidding enterprises
摘要
Abstract
Under the background of the management system which proprietor commissions the construction super-vising units to implement the construction of project,the quantitative evaluation index system of the project man-agement strength of the bidding enterprises was built which is more objective to record the project management capabilities and is counted by the third party relying on the internet era of big data project management coordina-tion platform.The weight determination of indexes uses Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process to avoid consistency in-dex weights repeatedly tested.The system of index was divided into annual indexes with small fluctuation and quarter indexes with big fluctuation.And then the evalution method of the project management strength of the bidding enterprises was studied.A linear fitting interpolation and the average method were utilized to evaluate those annual indexes which depends on whether show an increasing or decreasing trend.While the Markov Forca-sting method was utilized evaluate those quarter indexes in order to reflect the trend evaluation of the project man-agement strength of the bidding enterprises.Finally the feasibility of the model was verrfied by an example.关键词
