Abstract
The growing prosperity and development of rural economy,the improvement of the living stan?dards of farmers,the spiritual and cultural needs of life has also been a profound change.The top priority of the comprehensive development of rural areas is to construct the rural public cultural service system,improve the rural cultural life level,and ensure the right of the peasants' cultural life.In this paper,the concept and charac?teristics of rural public culture service system are briefly introduced in this paper,the necessity of basic level li?brary in the construction of public cultural service system is pointed out, and the problems encountered in the service process of basic level library and the specific measures to play its role are introduced in detail.关键词
