Abstract
Shiting green tea was a famous historic tea in Nan'an city. In this article aiming at a series of problems about Shiting green tea industry such as decreasing production and sales, lagging mode of production and management, higher labor cost, low selling price, the stale appearance of packaging, insufficient promotion, single sales channel and so on, the future development countermeasures of Shiting green tea industry were put forward as follows: to rejuvenate degraded tea trees and construct ecological tea gardens, and formulate the corresponding standards to improve the quality of fresh leaves, to improve the technology about cultivation management, tea making and tea storage, packaging and marketing, these should be carried out to continue the unique quality and characteristics and improve the economic benefit of Shiting green tea.关键词
