摘要

Abstract

  This paper proposes a set of digital sampling test techniques, which is presented for test of sampling on the process layer and relevance between MU and IED on the interval layer to debug and inspect reliability and stability of digital sampling technology applied in 110kV Xueshan smart substation for the framework “three-layer and two-net” precisely. The set of test method obtains good expected result applied to digital sampling test in Xueshan smart substation. And it fully checks the performance of associated IED for digital sampling and provides perfect reference for future digital sampling test in smart substation.
