摘要

Abstract

  This paper introduces the state of automatic verification system for electric meter and a new scheme suitable for constructing the system, and develops a simulation system which is mainly used to verify the scientificity and rationality of the scheme according to the requirement of constructing super large-scale smart meter automatic verification system by which 8,000,000 smart meters will be verified yearly in Jiangsu province. The scheme is mainly composed of AGV, RGV robot and verifying attachment, and it has the characteristics of advanced technology, flexible assembly and easy maintenance. The R&D of the simulation system builds a digital platform for researching the key technologies of super large-scale smart meter automatic verification. For the future engineering construction, it can provide many suggestions and methods, reduce the risks and cost, and improve the standards and qualities.
