High-speed Large-capacity Recording Based on Nandflash Arrays

摘要

Abstract

The implementation of traditional recording system is introduced,also an analysis is made of the Nandflash-based recording arrays implemented by FPGA,which indicates the advantage of the IP core method. The Nandflash-based recording system takes Fibre Channel(FC)as data input interface,CPCIE as data output interface. Test shows the write speed of the recording system is over 900 MB/s and satisfies the recording re-quirement for CCD and SAR cameras with high-resolution and high-frame-frequency.
