摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problem of simulating the DC power supply system of aircraft in a variety of extreme cases for the airborne equipment development and maintenance, an aircraft DC power supply simulation equipment system based on virtual instrument technology is proposed in this paper, based on the analysis of aircraft DC power supply system power mode and power supply logic . The hardware system is mainly composed of USB bus based Compact DAQ modular data acquisition platform of NI Company and dedicated DC circuit breakers produced by ETA Company and Airpax Company . The software system is designed based on LabView platform, state machine and producerconsumer model architecture . An implementation of the instantaneous power failure test is presented . The actual results show that the developed equipment can realistically simulate power supply mode of the aircraft DC power supply system, the power logic is correct, the instantaneous power failure test is completed . The power supply system features fast response time, high reliability, and good scalability .
