摘要

Abstract

As the market of electric Power Survey design continues to expand, understand and master of the foreign survey design specification becomes increasingly important. Combining the research of our overseas market, the United States, Europe, the United Kingdom, India, Vietnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Venezuela and other countries wind load specifications related to the design wind speed yield criterion of a comparative study. The results showed that by analyzing the basic wind speed defined differences in countries wind load specifications, the design wind speed differences are mainly reflected in two aspects of the basic wind speed time-distance and return period, also commonly given wind speed conversion name and the relevant national standards, to facilitate practical work references.
