Abstract
Based on the classical theory of power demand re-sponse, the article analyzes the nature of electric power demand re-sponse concept, development motivation and implementation meth-od. It points out the essential target of demand response which is to mobilize the user participation and improve response ability. At pres-ent the development motivation is to reduce the peak load and im-prove user response ability on power grid fluctuation and put forward three kinds of implementation methods such as the price guidance, incentive compensation and administrative coordination.关键词
