国外电动汽车发展机制
Foreign electric vehicle development mechanism
摘要
Abstract
Reference to these countries’related tax policies, their electric vehicle promotion mechanisms have been analyzed from different angles:the development plans of electric vehicles, the economic preferen-tial policies for purchasing and using electric vehicles, electric vehicles’ market promotion policies and technical development trend. Base on these, foreign promotion mechanism framework for electric vehicles is summarized. Combining with Gansu’s wind power development situation and other specific circumstances, some entailments are achieved for elec-tric vehicles’development in Gansu Province. This paper provides new ideas for the consumption of new energy and the promotion mechanism of electric vehicles.关键词
