摘要
Abstract
In order to improve billet quality & increase productivity of CCM,the mould level automatic control system of modified 3# continuous casting in No.2 steel making & rolling works of Tangshan iron & steel company is developed.Structure of the system,control principle&algorithm ,control of frequency converter by PLC with Profibus-DP was discussed based on the equipment composition.The existential problems and its solutions were analyzed.The system has the advantages of good control property and high reliability,and meets the needs of high quality & high precision of CCM.关键词
